- What exactly happens if a directory rejects the listing: a credit, a refund, or nothing?
- Is the delivery time a promise, and what happens if it is missed?
- Does the service make promises about rankings or metrics? Search engines and metric tools are outside anyone's control.
- Do I choose the directories, or does the service choose for me?
