SubmitWell

SubmitRocket

Fit check within 24 hours, then every submission made within 5 to 7 business days.

SubmitWell

Proof and reporting

SubmitRocket

Live status for every submission, a live link and a proof screenshot for each live listing, and a report you can download as PDF or CSV or share by link.

SubmitWell

Refunds and guarantees

SubmitRocket

Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, on request. A rejected submission, or a queued one that is cancelled, is credited back as a credit, not as money. Credits never expire.

SubmitWell

  • Its refund policy (dated January 2025) allows requests within 30 days of purchase and names late delivery, fewer submissions than promised and missing documentation as grounds. Directories declining or delaying a listing are listed as generally non-refundable.

Which fits which

SubmitWell may suit you if

  • You want a larger package size in one payment, up to the number of directories its top plan states.
  • You prefer a fixed delivery period stated on the plan.

SubmitRocket may suit you if

  • You want to choose each directory and follow its status as it changes.
  • You want a rejected listing to come back as a credit you can use on another directory.

Anything missing from the table is something we could not confirm on a public page. We would rather leave a gap than guess.
