About these terms
These terms apply to the website submitrocket.com and the SubmitRocket directory submission service (the "Service"), run by SubmitRocket ("we", "us"), based in Bangladesh. When you create an account or buy credits, you enter into a contract with us. By using the site or the Service, including continuing to use it after we update these terms, you agree to these terms.
The Service
SubmitRocket submits your product to online directories on your behalf. You buy a package of credits, add your product details, choose directories, and our team checks your project and submits it to each directory. You can follow every submission in your dashboard and download a report with links and screenshots of live listings.
Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
Credits, prices and payment
- Plans are one-time payments in US dollars. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
- Prices are shown on our pricing page.
- You pay in cryptocurrency on the secure payment page of our payment provider, CoinPayURL. The price is set in US dollars and converted to the coin you choose at checkout. Any network or exchange fees on your side are yours to pay. We never see or store your card or wallet details.
- One credit equals one submission of one product to one directory. Credits never expire. They cannot be exchanged for cash, except as described in our refund policy.
- Credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed on the network. If you send less than the full amount, the order is not completed; contact us and we will help you complete or refund it.
- If a directory rejects a submission, or you cancel a submission before work on it starts, the credit is returned to your account.
Acceptable use
You must not use the site or the Service to:
- break any law or regulation;
- submit products that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful, for example malware, phishing, scams or counterfeit goods;
- send spam, or false or misleading information, to us or to any directory;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- interfere with the security of the site, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, probing or scanning for weaknesses, overloading the site or getting around rate limits;
- resell the Service without our written permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you give us. You allow us to use, copy and reformat it only to submit your product to the directories you choose and to show it to you in your dashboard and reports. You promise that your product and content are lawful and accurate, and that you have the right to share them. Each directory publishes listings under its own rules, so once a listing is live, changing or removing it depends on that directory. We may refuse or stop a project that breaks these terms.
Our intellectual property
The site, the dashboard, the software behind them, our reports, design and text, and the SubmitRocket name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own products. You may share the reports we make for you.
What we do not promise
Directories are run by third parties and decide for themselves whether to list a product. We cannot guarantee that a directory will accept your listing, how quickly it will respond, how long it keeps a listing, or that a listing will change your search rankings or Domain Rating. Domain Rating values shown on the site are entered by our team and are for information only. We work to keep the site available, but we do not promise that the site or the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.
Liability
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in your account settings. We may suspend or close your account, or stop a project, if:
- you materially break these terms;
- a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, or a risk to the security of the site, our users or the directories;
- you repeatedly or seriously break the acceptable use rules.
Where it is reasonable, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we close your account when you have not broken these terms, we refund your unused credits.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we email account holders before the changes take effect. Changes do not affect orders you have already paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
