Refunds and guarantees

SubmitRocket

Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, on request. A rejected submission, or a queued one that is cancelled, is credited back as a credit, not as money. Credits never expire.

Which fits which

SubmitMatic may suit you if

  • A short stated turnaround is your priority.
  • You want a package with a stated number of submissions and a spreadsheet report.

SubmitRocket may suit you if

  • You want a live dashboard with each status, rather than a spreadsheet.
  • You want to select the directories and receive a credit back when one rejects.

Anything missing from the table is something we could not confirm on a public page. We would rather leave a gap than guess.
